Summer is the perfect time to wind down, relax and release the accumulated stress. Are you looking for a more profound way of de-stressing and resetting your nervous system?

During this 2 hour session, we will allow ourselves to let go of tension and stress that has been building up in our body, keeping us in a flight or fight mode.

We start by allowing the energy to move through our body through conscious movement and tapping.

Afterwards you will be guided into a therapeutic breathwork session, through this activation you are bypassing the conscious mind and stimulating the subconscious mind which is where you store all of your memories, beliefs, conditioning and trauma.

This breathwork technique yields a transcendental experience to promote further release of anything that is no longer serving your.

After this season you will be ready to enjoy your summer in a more peaceful and conscious way!

Breathwork can be effective in alleviating symptoms of the following conditions:

Zoë is a Dutch Surinamese breathwork & meditation facilitator, with a deep spiritual connection focused on empowering the feminine energy, through her own healing journey she is dedicated to support other women in embodying their feminine energy as well and hold space for their healing journey. During this session she will guide us into a gentle breathwork practise to connect the heart and mind, to reset the nervous system and find inner stillness.
